“I just wanted to give our technician a thumbs up for the excellent customer service we received. Although I was not the one at home during the service call, my wife cannot quit talking about how great of service we received from your technician. I am not sure of his name as I cannot read his signature, but the ticket number is [Removed for privacy]. The technician called to confirm the appointment, showed up on time, and had the heart of a teacher. He not only diagnosed or stove, he made sure to explain everything he was doing and make sure my wife understood. Although he was unable to fix the problem, he was able to recommend a few things to try before replacing the stove. He recommended that we replace the breaker first, as it seemed a little weak. I did and the stove works great. I will definitely use A Bargain Appliance repair again and will recommend them to others. Please make sure and tell our technician what a great job he did.
