Plan Includes The Following Services 

•     Clean the interior cabinet and ducts of your dryer and inspect exhaust pipe from dryer to wall. If we see that there may be some blockage of this pipe in the wall we will recommend a company and inform you of the need to clean this piping as well. 
•     Clean the refrigerator coils, remove condenser cavity covers inspect and clean condenser fan motor.  
•         Inspect Washer and clean any filters if present. 
•      Inspect Dryer power cord. 
•      Inspect Washer Water supply lines.                                                                    Total Cost $179.95 

Home Air Conditioning  Maintenance Plan 

Plan Includes The Following Services. 

·         Clean outside condenser coils. 

·         Check Condenser Compressor and Fan Motor Capacitor. 

·         Check Furnace Fan Motor and Capacitor. 

·         Replace Furnace Filter. 

·         Check and clean A-Coils drain line if accessible.                                                                   Total Cost $179.95 

Bundle your homes maintenance needs a $60.00 Savings.  Total Cost $299.95 

However don’t forget that this is not really an expense.  Look at it as paying now to decrease your future energy expense.  And to maximize your use of your appliances and likelihood that you will burn up a compressor and have to spend thousands of dollars to replace the unit. Or replace your home if the dryer were to catch on fire as 15,000 do every year. 

Add On Service 

When added on to one or both of the above packages. 

·         2^nd Frig or wine cooler Microwave Filter $45.00. 

·         3^rd  thru 12 ^th Frig or wine cooler $40.00 each.

• Built in refrigerators add $200.00.  Sub Zero, Kitchen Aid, Jenn Air, Fisher Paykel, Ikea all have yearly maintenance requirements that void your warranty if not maintained.  Besides being a lot more time consuming to handle and move around the yearly maintenance required is often a lot more involved than just cleaning. 

Above prices not inclusive of Stacked units and or appliances not easily accessible such as those in a closet. Additional cost could be incurred and you will be notified of such before any work has begun. If a second technician is needed to preform service to your appliances a $60.00 per hour rate will apply with 2 Hr. Minimun.
