Yesterday your repairperson, Alex, came to our home and fixed our dishwasher. An unusual problem took him a long time to find. However, he kept at the job and finally found and fixed a leak in the heater coil connection that had been not made correctly during the dishwasher's manufacturing.  

Your costs to us were reasonable and Alex was nice and did excellent work.
